Sunday's lunch with Balinese Chicken



Have you heard Bali before?

I bet you have.

Today I made this dish for my second time. First time I made this, I had no lemongrass and lime-leaves (kaffir lime), but today I have them all, so it tastes better.

What makes this so good? I think because the lemongrass,  the bay leaves, the turmeric, the chillies, the kaffir lime, and the lemon juice in it. Without them, this chicken is nothing.

It looks spicy, but I swear nothing spicy about this dish. Trust me :)
